Valet Bicycle Parking is a simple and secure system that accommodates up to 750 bikes a day and over 6,000 bicycles a year at a wide range of events making your ride easier.

No lock? No problem!
We like to call Valet Bicycle Parking a “hat-check” for bikes that allows you to go to events without having to worry about traffic and parking or theft and damage to your bike. Simply wheel your bike up to SABA’s bike valet table, where our volunteers will take your bike, tag it, and park it safely within our secured corral. When you’re ready to leave just show your claim ticket and wait while the valet retrieves your bike. It’s free for you, good for the earth, and FUN!

Benefits for Your Event
Get your event included on SABA’s Valet Bike Parking schedule. 5,000 schedules with all the calendar year’s Valet Service events will be printed this year. We’ll hand it out at every event SABA puts on and attends, send it to every new and renewing SABA member, and include it in our print newsletter.
We also promote your event on sacbike.org, in emails to over 3,000 Sacramento area cyclists, and Facebook.

Service Fees
Large Events – Full Service Valet
For events expecting over 300 bikes
$500 up to 5 hours; $800 per day
Medium Events – Full Service Valet
For events expecting 75 – 300 bikes
$400 up to 5 hours; $600 per day
Small Events – Full Service Valet
For events expecting up to 75 bikes
$300 up to 5 hours; $400 per day

Bike Rack Rental
For events expecting up to 75 bikes. Includes racks, tickets, and tape.
Corral equipment may also be included as part of rental if available. Available to 501(c)3

About the Corral
SABA’s bike parking compound primarily uses lightweight PVC piping, allowing the components to be sturdy enough to handle the wear and tear of bike parking but light enough to be fully bike-portable. Originally designed to hold 52 bikes, our compound has expanded over the years to accommodate hundreds of bikes with the equipment carried on just one or two bike trailers.
The compound is enclosed by a mesh fence similar to that used at many construction sites, supported by a free-standing PVC structure when needed. The parking structure is a series of PVC hoops roughly 2 1/2 feet tall spaced 2 1/2 feet apart, giving us room to park one bicycle on either side of a hoop, but strong enough to support just about any bicycle out there.
