Make some room on the rest of your May is Bike Month calendar for these friendly rides to visit nearby craft breweries, co-hosted by SABA and City Bicycle Works:

Thurs., May 19 – New Helvetia Brewing Co.
Thurs., May 26 – Yolo Brewing Co., West Sacramento

WHERE WE MEET: We meet at City Bicycle Works, 2419 K Street in Midtown Sacramento, at 5:45 PM each Thursday this month and roll out about 6 PM.

WHERE WE RIDE: These are friendly social rides — all are welcome. We ride on a mix of busy and quiet streets with and without bike lanes, plus the occasional off-street path. These aren’t supported rides (although we have someone leading and sweeping), so please be sure you and your bike can handle those conditions.

Our longest ride will be to Yolo Brewing Co. in West Sac, about 35-40 minutes door to door.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring lights, since we often return at dusk or after. And feel welcome to bring a helmet, high-viz clothing and any other gear that helps you feel safe and comfortable.

Also bring money. There’s food at each of the breweries and this is a no-host experience — you buy what you consume.

A portion of the beer proceeds benefit SABA. Many thanks to the participating breweries for your generosity!

**Please feel welcome to share this invitation with your friends!**
