E-Bike Incentive Program
SABA is providing free e-bikes to low income residents of Sacramento through a lottery selection process that starts September 24, 2026 at 10:00AM. If you live in one of the specified zip codes and you fall within the federal poverty level (FPL) based on the chart below, you can apply to the voucher program and will be entered into the lottery.

- Self-certify that you meet the income limits based on household size and 300% FPL
- 1 person: $46,950.00
- 2 people: $63,450.00
- 3 people: $79,950.00
- 4 people: $96,450.00
- 5 people: $112,950.00
- 6 people: $129,450.00
- 7 people: $145,950.00
- 8 people: $162,450.00
- Any additional add: $16,500.00
- Fill out a short application on September 24 or after
- Submit proof of residency - your address must be in one of these areas:
- 95820 – Tahoe Park / SE Sacramento
- 95822 – South Land Park / Meadowview
- 95823 – South Sacramento / Valley Hi
- 95824 – Lemon Hill
- 95828 – Florin
- 95832 – Meadowview / Freeport
If Selected
- Submit income verification
- Once confirmed, schedule an appointment at the Community Bike Shop in Oak Park
- Select one of these two e-bikes:
