Cabana Wines in East Sacramento is one of Sacramento’s newest wine destinations. Join us for a casual, after-work ride for a tour and tasting at Cabana’s newly opened home.
Cabana’s 2012 Sauvignon Blanc won a double gold medal at the California State Fair wine competition and its Pinot Noir won a gold medal at the San Diego International Wine Competition. The tasting is $10 per person and includes appetizers and water.
We depart at 6 PM from 13th and K streets in downtown Sacramento, opposite the Sacramento Convention Center. We’ll head north on 13th St., then east on F Street through Midtown Sacramento to McKinley Park, then east through East Sacramento to Elvas Ave. near F Street.
The ride from downtown to Cabana is about 3.5 miles and will take about 20-30 minutes at a casual pace (no more than 10-12 MPH). We’ll be riding mostly on quieter, low-traffic residential streets. Please be sure you’re prepared to ride with traffic and by all means take whatever precautions you need to feel confident and safe. Volunteer ride leaders will help us get through intersections and stay together.
